We’re excited to share updates that make it easier for program admins to launch cohorts and get group coaching on the calendar.
What’s new
Schedule invites for cohorts that already exist.
You can now pick a date and time to send invites after a cohort is already live, then come back to change the timing or the participant list, or cancel the scheduled invites altogether. That means phased rollouts and last-minute roster changes no longer require deleting a cohort and starting over.
You can also reschedule a cohort launch that hasn’t happened yet from the cohort’s Overview tab. For Spark AI cohorts, you can add or remove participants before the launch goes out.
When you add people, you can also choose Don’t send invitation emails. Participants are added to the cohort, and your team can follow a custom communication plan instead. This is especially useful for Spark AI launches.

Coaching length now includes 6 weeks and every month from 2 through 12, set under Path template details in your program’s path template settings.

Set a cohort start and end date before anyone launches, so annual-seat groups can finish on the same day.

Invitation emails use your organization’s name in the from line, subject, and “has invited you” line, so the message reads as coming from you rather than an individual program manager.

If someone is invited again while they still have an earlier invite open, they land in their most recent cohort.

Group Experiences cohorts can set a cohort admin before the first launch.
Book group coaching sessions before the roster is final.
Admins can schedule group coaching meetings when only the coach is on the path. Participants added later are invited to those sessions automatically, so you can reserve the coach’s time before the participant list is ready.

Archived programs still appear in Engagement and Impact reports, so historical insights stay available after a program is archived.

The meeting scheduler no longer flashes when a coach has no open times, so participants can finish booking.

Colleague 360 survey links load the survey instead of an error page.

Group meeting details stay on the meeting page instead of sending you back to the path.
