Introducing the Torch 360 experience
Great feedback shows leaders exactly where to focus. But how do you know if they actually grew? Torch 360 turns feedback into real leadership growth you can track.
Torch 360 is a two-part experience that includes:

360 Feedback - At the start of coaching, you’ll get insights from managers and colleagues to guide development, along with an understanding of the Leadership Capacities that need improvement across your organization.

360 Impact (coming soon) - You’ll get clear evidence of change when coaching ends. Plus, you’ll be able to track which Leadership Capacities are getting stronger, how much they’ve improved, and where gaps still exist.
360 Feedback is now available!
360 Feedback, which replaces the 360 assessment, gives participants the opportunity to reflect on their strengths and areas for growth, and invite their manager and colleagues to provide real qualitative feedback on their leadership.
Here’s what you can expect:

Focus on actionable feedback - Colleagues will share specific examples in their own words, with AI guidance along the way to encourage them to give richer, more useful feedback.

Alignment with your business goals - Questions are tied to the Leadership Capacities that reflect your business goals and strategy, and relevant for all roles: participants, ICs, managers, and executives.

Faster time to results - Results are auto-released to participants and their coaches as soon as they’re ready, so there’s no administrative bottleneck.

Clearer insights - By focusing on verbatim feedback, the new results report provides clear, actionable insights.

Elevated manager perspectives - Feedback from managers is highlighted separately, allowing for more direct and constructive coaching conversations.

Torch 360 in action
At the start of coaching
360 Feedback is now available to use in new coaching programs and newly launched cohorts in existing programs.
Torch tip: Starting a new program? Your Torch account team will help select Leadership Capacities aligned to your organization’s goals to track and report on in 360 Feedback.
After 360 Feedback results are shared with participants
Starting in October, once 5 or more participants have received their results, you’ll get access to a new 360 Feedback report that gives you aggregated insights about:

What’s happening in your organization related to each Leadership Capacity we’re tracking for your program(s)
-
Which Leadership Capacities are strong or need improvement
-
Coaching participants’ top strengths and growth opportunities
-
Managers’ perspectives on where leaders are excelling and how they can become even more effective

At the end of coaching – See the impact of leadership growth
With 360 Impact, the same colleagues who previously contributed to 360 Feedback for a participant will have the opportunity to reflect on the improvements they’ve observed in the participant’s leadership.
Note: For coaching programs under 2 months, only participants’ managers will contribute to 360 Impact. Colleagues won’t be asked to share their perspectives.
Once 5 or more participants have received their results, you’ll get access to a new 360 Impact report that:

Measures actual behavior change

Quantifies how participants grew against each of the Leadership Capacities we’re tracking for your program(s)

Explores the ripple effect of coaching in your organization

Highlights what participants are taking away from their coaching experience
