What’s New
Participants can now schedule recurring meetings
We know engagement is important to you (it’s important to us too!), and ensuring your people get the most out of their coaching experience is top of mind. That’s why we’ve added the ability for participants to schedule a recurring meeting with their coach.
In addition to saving participants time, recurring meetings will help them keep up their momentum as well as encourage participants who may get sidetracked to stay engaged. They’ll have the flexibility to customize the frequency (every week, every other week, or every 4 weeks) and duration of a recurring meeting series (ending after 2, 3, or 4 occurrences, or at the end of the program).

Torch Video is getting an upgrade
We want your people to have an elevated meeting experience with their coaches, and we heard your feedback about how Torch meetings could be improved. With this in mind, we’re looking forward to delivering an enhanced video conferencing experience to participants soon.
Next month we are transitioning to a new video provider, which will allow us to provide better video and audio quality, and increased meeting reliability. We’ll also be introducing new breakout rooms functionality for group coaching participants.
We’re introducing a new report to help you assess the impact of coaching
This upcoming report will be your one-stop-shop for evaluating the success of your coaching program. It will provide visibility into participants’ behavior change across the course of their coaching engagements with aggregated data from your selected cohorts and programs. You’ll have access to:
