New Torch Managed Coaching Platform Enhancements
Introduced a new Managed Coaching admin report. We are excited to launch a new Coaching Engagement report that will show you a holistic picture of your programs’ health. You will be able to access many of the aggregated data points you currently get from your CSM – monthly engaged coachees, coaching meetings, completed assessments, and more – in a self-service, actionable, and filterable report.
This report was a result of direct feedback from many valued customers, and we are excited to provide you with a sneak peek preview live on the platform! Head to the “Coaching engagement” tab under “Reports” in your admin dashboard to see a few of the new report elements.
New charts will be added over the coming months, and we will let you know when all data points have been incorporated and the report is fully ready for use.
Enhanced reporting on meetings. The Sessions report has been renamed the Meetings report, and it now includes a CSV download option.
Improved the user meeting experience. The language around meetings is now more consistent. References to “sessions” have been changed to “meetings” throughout the platform.
Additionally, to align with popular calendar tools and the visual scheduling experience users expect, we’ve updated the colors of the available (white) and unavailable (gray) time blocks that participants see when scheduling a meeting.
