Release notes

Torch 1.156 - January 21, 2023

Changes and enhancements

Torch is pleased to announce the following platform changes and enhancements:

  • Program and cohort survey pages: The ‘Program surveys’ and ‘Cohort surveys’ pages in the new Torch managed coaching platform now include an aggregated coach net promoter score (NPS) and coach satisfaction score (CSAT) visualization, as well as anonymous written feedback. This addition will allow you to monitor the overall coaching experience [for the cohorts you have permission to view] while maintaining user anonymity.

  • Adding email notifications to resources in self-paced paths: Self-paced learning paths in the new Torch managed coaching platform enable a user to complete the path at their own pace. Path administrators now have the ability to schedule resource ‘start’ and ‘due’ email notifications by adjusting the settings for each resource in a self-paced path. Learn more about non-partnership paths in the Torch Knowledge Base.

Reminder! Coming soon!

Changes to the Admin view: Participants tab. As we mentioned in our release notes on January 7, 2023, the Participants tab in Torch coaching will be getting some updates. These updates have shifted in timing, and will now be released in the late January or early February timeframe. We will keep you updated on the exact release date.

The Participants tab in Torch coaching will see two changes:

  • Quick access summary data: The Enrollment and Engagement sections will be separated into two new tabs: Enrollment and Program activity, respectively, and will replace the Participants tab.
  • Look and feel: The design of the Enrollment and Program activity tabs will be consistent with the new platform.
  • Included data: All historical engagement data, not just the most recent engagement, will be included in the tables and data.

Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you have any questions.
