What’s new
Torch now offers an expanded set of AI-powered development tools designed to support leaders in the flow of work. The Spark experience brings together always-on AI coaching, role-play practice, and standalone 360 feedback to extend development beyond live coaching sessions.

Meet Spark AI
Spark AI provides participants with always-on, AI-supported coaching conversations they can use as challenges arise.
Participants use Spark as a guide to:

Prepare for important conversations

Reflect on feedback and recent interactions

Identify clear next steps in 5–10 minutes
Spark AI is available 24/7 through the Torch platform and supports both text and voice interactions.
Role-play simulations
Role-play allows participants to practice high-stakes workplace conversations through guided simulations.
Role-play scenarios help participants:

Rehearse difficult conversations before they happen

Try different approaches in a safe environment

Receive structured feedback during practice
Role-play scenarios cover common leadership situations such as feedback, performance, change, and conflict.
Standalone 360 Feedback
Torch’s standalone 360 Feedback allows participants to request and review feedback without working with a live coach.
Participants can:

Invite managers, peers, and collaborators to provide feedback

Review feedback independently in the Torch platform

Reflect on themes and opportunities for development with Spark
Standalone 360 Feedback can be used on its own or alongside Spark AI and role-play.
