Below are the email notifications participants may receive when Spark AI is enabled as part of a Torch program. These notifications are sent automatically based on participant status and timing.

These notifications are sent only to participants who have access to Spark AI.

Admins do not receive copies of participant Spark emails.
Note: Email notifications are sent from experience@torch.io and include standard Torch branding by default.
Send timeframes are in calendar days, inclusive of weekends and holidays.
