Changes and enhancements
Torch is pleased to announce the following platform changes and enhancements:
- Added additional breadcrumb navigation: When viewing a user’s program details, users are able to select View program and View cohort and return to the program’s Cohort tab and the cohort’s Overview tab (previously called Manage), respectively.
- Categorized platform Escalations into sections by program phase (for example, an Enrollment section, Partnerships section, Surveys section, and Sessions section). A section will not appear if there are no escalations that need to be addressed.
- Added the total number of pending escalations that need to be addressed to the Program and Cohort cards so admins can quickly determine where action is needed.
