New Torch Managed Coaching Platform Enhancements
Join Zoom meeting enhancement. For customers who use their own Zoom conferencing service through Torch’s integration in the new platform, attendees are now presented with a more accessible one-tap dial-in option to join the meeting.
Zoom integration management. The Zoom conferencing service integration with Torch requires your Zoom administrator to complete an authentication step. If you are not the Zoom administrator, then Torch allows you to send an authentication request to that individual through the platform. Now, you also have the ability to cancel or re-send that request.
