New Torch Homepage for Participant Onboarding
The new and improved Torch Homepage is designed to increase participant engagement, right from the start. With the new Torch Homepage, participants can view and complete key onboarding action items in seconds, find important information about their coaching engagement, and discover relevant coaching resources curated by Torch’s behavioral science team, all in one place.

The Torch Homepage removes unnecessary distractions and nudges participants through onboarding, creating an engaging and streamlined onboarding experience for participants. This new experience is now live for all coaching participants in both new and existing programs.

Coaching Engagement Report
Access the new Coaching Engagement report for a holistic picture of your Coaching programs’ health. You will be able to view aggregated data points for monthly engaged coachees, coaching meetings, completed assessments, and more in a self-service, actionable, and filterable report. It also includes an overview of pending action items, key metrics like Torch Net Promoter Score (NPS) and coach satisfaction, and the option to download the data on-demand.

This report was a result of direct feedback from many valued customers, and we are excited to deliver it, live on the platform now! In your admin dashboard, click Reports, then Coaching engagement to try it out and help answer the question: How are my coaching programs going, and how can I make them go even better?
