We are excited to announce enhancements to the New Torch Managed Coaching Platform! The following features are available on our updated platform, New Torch. If you would like to update your program to New Torch, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Manager Alignment Meetings
Manager Alignment Meetings are designed to enhance alignment and communication in your coaching program. This addition allows participants to involve their managers in coaching sessions at the start and end of their coaching journey, ensuring coaches receive valuable context and participants are aligned on their direction of growth. More importantly, this feature empowers managers to actively support their employees’ growth journey and hold them accountable for their behavior change.
Manager Alignment Meetings are now available for select 6+ month programs. Learn more about the feature here.
Peer Feedback Surveys
The Peer Feedback Surveys feature provides participants with valuable growth insights from their colleagues. With Peer Feedback Surveys, participants can easily request feedback from their peers, managers, or direct reports after every four months of coaching. The survey questions hone in on how the participant’s behavior has changed and the ripple effects these changes have had on their colleagues.
Participants and their coaches will then view responses in a Peer Feedback Report. This report delivers both a high-level summary of feedback, as well as a detailed breakdown of specific responses.
Peer Feedback will be automatically available for all new programs – if you have an existing program that you’d like to add Peer Feedback to, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

Cohort Dashboard Upgrades
The Participant Stage Funnel in the Overview Tab now includes a graphic to differentiate first-time match eligible participants from rematch eligible participants who are both counted in the “Match profile completed” stage.
The Participants Tab also includes an additional description in the “Match” column regarding the participant’s onboarding status when in the “Match profile completed” stage. Descriptions will identify participants who are being rematched, have not selected a coach and let their coach options expire, or have been paused before receiving new coach options.
