New Torch Homepage for Participant Coaching Engagements
The new and improved Torch Homepage is now live! Torch coaching participants now have a central hub for essential activities related to their Torch coaching engagement. Participants can view current action items, schedule and join coaching meetings, and access learning tools, including curated articles and self- and colleague- reported feedback, right from their simple and intuitive homepage.
With the new homepage, participants will experience:

Key information, action items, and meetings housed in one place

Simple and intuitive dashboard design that replaces the previous coaching paths format

Content and action items released sequentially throughout the coaching engagement instead of all at the beginning
NOTE: This update only applies to the participant homepage. There are no changes to the admin homepage at this time. |

Request Colleague Feedback
The Colleague Feedback feature allows participants to ask their colleagues about the growth they’ve seen in them at work since they’ve started meeting with their Torch coach. This feature is now available to all participants and will appear as a task in the “Action items” section of their Homepage.
In 6-month coaching programs, participants will be prompted to request feedback from colleagues once at the month 5 mark. In 12-month programs, participants will be prompted to request feedback in month 5 and again in month 9.
