Torch is excited to release new enhancements to the Torch Platform as well as changes specifically for the New (Beta) Torch Managed Coaching Platform on Saturday, February 25.
Changes and Enhancements
Torch Platform
Updated Admin view, Participants tab**.** The primary differences from the previous implementation are:
- Quick access summary data: The Enrollment and Engagement sections will be separated into two new tabs: Enrollment and Program activity, respectively, and will replace the Participants tab.
- Look and feel: The design of the Enrollment and Program activity tabs will be consistent with the new platform.
- All historical engagements, not just the most recent, will be displayed in the program activity table.
- Documentation has been updated here.
New (Beta) Torch Managed Coaching Platform
Are you using Torch’s new managed coaching platform? Contact your Customer Success Manager to learn about transitioning to this new experience, and enjoy the following enhancement:
Dispute a coaching session. Coaching participants are able to dispute a meeting session status to initiate an audit conducted by Torch. Every so often a meeting does not get logged as it actually happened, and this in-app selection will make it easier to keep an accurate record of your coaching engagements.
