Complete Your Enrollment in Torch Coaching

If you've just received an invitation to a Torch Coaching program, follow these steps to take action on your invite and set up your match profile.

Open your email inbox and locate the invitation to your organization's coaching program. The email will be sent from experience@torch.io.

Open the email and click the Begin onboarding button.

On the "Create your account" page, your name and email address will be filled out by default. Enter a password for your account and re-enter it to confirm, then click Sign up.

You'll be automatically directed to the Torch platform.

Next you'll complete your match profile survey, during which you'll answer questions to help Torch match you with the best coaches for you based on your goals, background, and preferences.

You'll start from the "What is coaching?" page. Read about coaching and what to expect during your coaching journey, then click Start match profile. Click Continue to start the survey. Answer each question and click Next. 

Once you're done, click Visit your dashboard.
