You'll receive an email when your 360 assessment results have been released to you by your coach or designated debriefer. Follow these steps to view your 360 results directly from the email or from within the Torch platform.
Note: This article is for the 360 assessment. Coaching partnerships started after September 15, 2025 may use 360 Feedback instead.
View your 360 results from the email
1. Locate and open the results email in your inbox. It will have "Your 360 results are now available. ([Company Name])" in the subject line.
2. Click the Visit partnership path button.

View your 360 results from within the Torch platform
1. From the Home dashboard, navigate to the Action items section. Under "View the results", click Complete task.
