You'll receive an email when your 360 assessment results are available. Follow these steps to view your 360 results directly from the email or from within the Torch platform.

NOTE: Your coach or a designated debriefer must manually release your results to you before you can access them.

View your 360 results from the email

Locate and open the results email in your inbox. It will have "Your 360 results are now available. ([Company Name])" in the subject line.

Click the Visit partnership path button.

Your 360 results page will automatically open in a new browser tab. Reference this article for guidance on interpreting the data.

From the Home dashboard, navigate to the Action items section. Under the "View the results" task, click Complete task
