Coaching Reports Overview

Torch provides key metrics to help you monitor coaching engagement, gain insights into coaching themes, understand the current state of your participants’ leadership, and measure the impact of coaching. However, we understand that not everyone is a data nerd at heart. To help you tell the story of your program, we’ve outlined all of our reports below along with the main questions they answer, the data they include, and how to access them.

Reports displaying 360 Assessments results and information about the stages participants have been in as they progress through their coaching engagements

Torch tip: In your Torch account, the Coaching Engagement, Coaching Impact, Coaching Themes, Organizational Insights, Torch 360, and Meetings reports are accessible from the Admin side-navigation menu under Reports. To see the Overview, Action Items, Participants, Surveys, or Path Progress tabs, select an individual program instead.
