The Torch 360 report gives you the full picture of participants’ leadership, providing 360 Feedback insights to guide initial development priorities and growth measurements at the end of coaching.

Report Overview
360 Feedback helps you guide your development priorities toward the beginning of coaching. You’ll get insight into leaders’ top strengths and growth opportunities, along with an understanding of your selected leadership capacities that are strong or need improvement across your organization.
360 Impact (Coming soon!) shows you how participants grew as a result of coaching. You’ll also see what participants focused on, the ripple effect of coaching across your business, and what participants gained from coaching.
Where to find the report: Admin dashboard > Reports > Torch 360.
When will I get access to 360 Feedback insights?
To protect privacy, report data becomes available once at least 5 participants have received their 360 Feedback results.
How do I view data for specific coaching programs or cohorts?
Use the filter options at the top of the report to select the programs and cohorts you want to view Torch 360 insights for, then click Apply.

Leadership capacity measurements
For each of the leadership capacities we’re tracking for your program(s), you’ll see:
An AI-powered summary of all qualitative feedback from colleagues and managers about what’s happening in your organization
The percentage of all coaching participants who “need improvement” or “are rated strong”
Top strengths
An AI-powered summary that combines:
Participants’ self-reflections about where they feel strongest as a leader
Colleague-submitted feedback and examples about participants’ effectiveness in their roles
Managers’ perspectives on where leaders are excelling are highlighted separately.
Top growth opportunities
An AI-powered summary that combines:
Participants’ self-reflections about the most important challenge need to address to grow as a leader
Colleague-submitted feedback about the main thing participants could do to become better leaders
Managers’ perspectives on how leaders can become even more effective are highlighted separately.
Torch tip: Once you’re done reviewing the 360 Feedback insights, click View Coaching Themes at the bottom of the report to learn more about what participants are working on with their coaches.
