Take the 360 Assessment

Once you've completed your enrollment in Torch Coaching, you're ready to take the 360 assessment. This will give you an opportunity to reflect on your strength and growth areas, and serve as the foundation for your goal setting.

Note: This article is for the 360 assessment. Coaching partnerships started after September 15, 2025 may use 360 Feedback instead.

1. From the Home dashboard, navigate to the Action items section. Under the “Take your 360 self assessment” task, click Complete task.

2. Click Begin assessment.

Answer each question, selecting the response that best describes you and entering optional written feedback. Click Next. 

Note: If you feel that a specific question doesn’t apply to you, use "the “Skip” option.

The progress bar at the bottom of the screen will keep you updated on your completion percentage. When you've finished the assessment, click Submit responses.

3. Click Continue. Then follow these instructions to invite your colleagues to provide feedback.
