What's New at Torch: February 2025

After every meeting, coaches now select the main 1-3 topics from their conversation with the participant. This allows them to capture an objective view of what's being talked about across your organization and where leaders are focusing their time in coaching.

The new coach dashboard is designed with an action-oriented view of participants that helps coaches stay on top of their partnerships and deliver according to your needs.

Coaches now have a quick view of the most important information they need to guide participants in completing key milestones in their coaching journey, like 360 assessment statuses and reminders about participants without any meetings scheduled.

New tasks for coaches ensure they stay up-to-date on RSVPing to meetings, releasing 360 assessments, and reviewing contextual information about your company and participants. More on this below!

Aggregated information about your company and people is now shared with coaches, allowing them to speak your language and provide more nuanced guidance. This includes insights about your company and leaders collected by Torch, and context you provide about your organization's challenges, expectations for leaders, and goals for driving change with coaching.

Whenever a coach is matched with a new participant from your organization, they'll get a task reminding them to review this key contextual information. The information is presented on our reimagined coach dashboard so it's easy to access and stays top-of-mind for coaches as they start a session.

The new Coaching themes report will help you keep a pulse on what your leaders are working on in coaching sessions so you can better understand their needs.

Themes are aggregated across participants and strict confidentiality is maintained by not recording or transcribing sessions. Unlike static surveys, these insights provide real-time data and unbiased feedback about what's really happening at your organization so you can spot patterns early, understand root causes, and take targeted action.
