Follow these steps to change your background in a Torch video meeting.
After joining your meeting with Torch video, hover your cursor over the Cam icon in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen, then click Background effects.
The Settings menu will open to the Effects tab by default. Here you can select a blur option, choose one of the pre-populated photo backgrounds, or upload your own background image.
Once you're done, click Apply to update your background. Then click the X in the top-right to close out of the Settings menu.
