Rematch with a New Coach

If you would like to request a coach rematch, follow these steps.
Begin by submitting a support request and asking for a coach rematch.
A Torch Program Engagement Manager will contact you to gather your feedback about your coaching experience so we can better understand your coaching needs and preferences.
Once your feedback is received, the Torch Program Engagement Manager will send new coach options to you within one to two business days.
After the new coach options are sent, you can choose your new coach by clicking the link in the notification email.
Or, from the Torch Home dashboard, navigate to the Action items section. Under the "Select your coach" task, click Complete task to review your new coach options.
NOTE: When you are rematched with a new coach, you will start a new partnership with the new coach. Any future meetings scheduled with your previous coach will be canceled and you will no longer receive notifications from your previous partnership. |
