Launched a new dashboard experience for coaches

Coaches now have access to a new coach dashboard that’s more closely aligned to the participant experience and will help them seamlessly manage their individual or group coaching partnerships with your people. The intuitive dashboard design:

• Gives coaches visibility into the status of key coaching activities, like the 360 assessment and manager alignment meetings, so they can best support your participants’ progress on the activities that are most important to you and your organization.

• Spotlights your program overview to ensure coaches have insight into your people and organization, and understand your business context and goals.

We’re introducing a new report to help you gather organizational insights

This upcoming report will highlight themes from participant and feedback provider responses to a question in the Torch 360 assessment about leadership challenges, problems, or issues observed in your organization.

By giving you access to AI-powered summaries of the most frequently identified issues, the Organizational Insights report will validate challenges within your organization and help you make informed decisions on how to address them.
