What’s new

Scheduling meetings just got easier.

We've given the meeting scheduler a fresh new look and feel that makes it easier for participants to book and manage their coaching meetings. With these enhancements, the entire scheduling process now meets all accessibility guidelines.

Key coaching context information for participants at a glance.

Participants now have access to important contextual information about what your organization is aiming to achieve with coaching, right from the Torch Home dashboard.

In the new "Program details" summary, they'll find your company's coaching goals and program requirements. This helps everyone understand the expectations as soon as they get started with their coach.

For 1:1 and Group Coaching partnerships created on or after June 16th, participants will also see the leadership capacities your organization wants them to focus on developing. These top capacities help guide participants in their coaching journeys.

Torch Tip: If you're kicking off a new coaching program, we encourage you to work with your Torch account team to define your coaching needs and program context. We'll use this information to determine the leadership capacities for your program, ensuring it's perfectly aligned to your organization's goals.
