Step 1

From the left-hand navigation, click Programs. Select your program.

Step 2

If you want to report on an individual cohort, select the cohort, then click the Path progress tab.

If you want to report on multiple or all cohorts, click the Path progress tab. Click Filter in the top-right, select the cohorts you want to report on from the dropdown, then click Apply.

Select a path template to expand that section and see the path overview.

Select a path template to expand that section and see the full path's report.

NOTE: To download the full path overview, click Export CSV beneath the path name, then choose if you want a Formatted CSV or Raw CSV file.

The overview is organized by path section, with a line item for each resource within a section. From this high-level view, you'll be able to see the following information at a glance:

  • Duration - The path section's set timeframe

  • Role visibility - Some resources can only be viewed and completed by path participants with a specific role. If a resource can be viewed or completed by any path participant regardless of role, this column will be blank. If a resource can only be viewed or completed by someone with a specific role (e.g. Coachee), this column will display the assigned role.

  • Progress - A visual summary of the percentage of path participants who have viewed, completed, and discussed a resource

In the Progress column, hover your cursor over the progress bars next to a resource to see the percentage of participants who have taken each action:

  • Viewed - An assigned participant has opened the resource at least one time

  • Completed - An assigned participant has finished the required task or marked the resource complete

  • Discussed - An assigned participant has added a discussion comment about the resource

In the Progress column, hover your cursor over the progress bars next to a resource to view the percentage breakdowns.

The light green bar represents the percentage of participants who have viewed the resource, and the dark green portion represents the percentage of participants who have completed the resource. The purple bar represents the percentage of participants who have discussed the resource.

NOTE: Discussion comments are not required or always expected. They provide further insight into a participant's level of engagement with the resource.

For survey resources, the report displays the percentage and number of participants who have completed the survey, not completed the survey, or have the survey upcoming in their path.

NOTE: If a survey has not yet reached the required minimum number of responses, you will see a "Minimum response not met" message instead.

You'll also be able to view the overall responses to each survey question as well as the names of the path participants, their scheduled survey dates, and if they have completed the survey or not. If a participant has completed the survey, the completion date will be displayed.
