View the Overview Tab


Article summary

The Overview tab provides a summary of all the paths within a cohort and insight into how many participants are in each stage of the coaching process. Follow these steps to access the Overview tab and understand the data points it includes.


Step 1

From the left-hand navigation, click Programs. Select your program. The Cohorts tab opens by default.

Select your cohort. The Overview tab opens by default.


Step 3

In the Participant stage funnel section, the chart displays a visual summary of the number of participants who have been in each stage: Invited, Match profile completed, Coach recommendations sent, In partnership, and Partnership complete. The percentage between each stage represents the percentage of participants from the previous stage who proceeded into the next stage.

TORCH TIP: Hover your cursor over the "Match profile completed" stage to view the number of participants who are receiving match options and participants who are getting rematched. If a participant who was previously in the "Coach recommendations sent" or "In partnership" stage has returned to the "Match profile completed" stage for any reason, such as their coach options expired, they requested new coach options, or their partnership was archived as unsuccessful, they will be included in the getting rematched group.

In the Paths section, you'll see a list of all the partnership paths within the cohort.

NOTE: Depending on the match date of the participant, the name of the partnership path will either be the first name of the participant and the coach, or the first and last name of the participant and the first name of the coach. For example, the partnership path between a participant named Jonathan Smith and a coach named Lou Samuels will be listed as "Jonathan and Lou" or "Jonathan Smith and Lou".

 

For each partnership path, the table will list the path template along with the path status (started, paused, or ended), start date, end date, and duration. You'll also see this information for the enrollment path.

NOTE: The path duration reflects the originally set amount of time the path was designed to last. If a path's end date has been changed, the original path duration will still be listed.


To view only paths in a specific status or using a specific path template, click Filter in the top-right.

Select your desired filters, then click Apply.


Under Cohort Details, the Cohort admin and Cohort launch date is listed.
