View the Status of Your 360 Feedback Requests

Curious who has and has not yet taken action on your invitation to provide 360 feedback? Follow these steps to check the status of your requests.

From the Home dashboard, navigate to the Action items section. Under the “Gathering feedback” task, click Complete task.

The Invitations tab opens by default. Here you can check the status of each invitation. The potential statuses include:

• Awaiting - The feedback invitation has been sent, but the colleague has not yet provided feedback.

• Bounced - The feedback invitation was unable to be sent.

• Declined - The colleague chose not to provide feedback.

• Completed - The colleague has already submitted their feedback.

To resend the invitation email to all colleagues in "Awaiting" status, click Resend invite to non-responders.

If any of your invitations are in "Bounced" status, you'll need to re-invite the colleague using their updated email address.
