View the Status of Your 360 Assessment Feedback Requests

Curious who has and has not yet taken action on your invitation to provide 360 assessment feedback? Follow these steps to check the status of your requests.

Note: This article is for the 360 assessment. Coaching partnerships started after September 15, 2025 may use 360 Feedback instead.



1. From the Home dashboard, navigate to the Learning tools section. Under Growth activities, click 360 assessment.

2. The Invitations tab opens by default. Here you can check the status of each invitation. The potential statuses include:

  • Awaiting - The feedback invitation has been sent, but the colleague has not yet provided feedback.

  • Bounced - The feedback invitation was unable to be sent.

  • Declined - The colleague chose not to provide feedback.

  • Completed - The colleague has already submitted their feedback.


To resend the invitation email to all colleagues in "Awaiting" status, click Resend invite to non-responders.

If any of your invitations are in "Bounced" status, you'll need to re-invite the colleague using their updated email address.


Note: You can invite additional colleagues to provide feedback at any time, until your 360 assessment results are released.
