To ensure the best experience and keep Torch running smoothly, we release new features and update existing systems on a schedule. Scheduled maintenance does not restrict access to your programs or meetings, however there are occasions (noted below) when the entire Torch system will be down for a period of time.

During the periods of time when the Torch system is inaccessible, you and your participants will be unable join or schedule meeting, completing tasks, and view reports.

NOTE: In the event of circumstances that require us to change a scheduled maintenance date, we will provide updates as soon as possible.
