Troubleshooting Coach Help Center login issues

Need help logging in to the Coach Help Center? Reference solutions to the most common issues below.
Check your email for the account activation link
We’ve automatically sent account activation emails to all Torch coaches who have not previously logged in to the Help Center.
Check your email for the Help Center account activation email. It will be sent from Torch Support with the subject line “You are invited to join ‘Torch' knowledge base!”
If you don’t see the account activation email, check your spam folder and any other emails you use for coaching. If you still don’t see the email, you likely already have an activated Help Center account. Go to the next solution.
Click the Activate your account button in the email to set up your password.
NOTE: The account activation link expires after 7 days. If it’s already been 7 days since you received the email and the link no longer works, follow these steps to request access to the Help Center. |
After entering and confirming your password, click Login. You’ll be automatically redirected to the public Help Center homepage. This will activate your account, but you will still need to log in.
Click Coach Help Center in the top-navigation bar.
Enter your email and newly created password, then click Login.
TORCH TIP: You’re now all set to access and log in directly to the Coach Help Center moving forward. |
Make sure you’re using the correct email
Your Help Center login is different from the login you use for the Torch platform.
Access the Coach Help Center login page.
If you use more than one email for coaching, try using your other email address to log in.
NOTE: Your Help Center account may not use the same email that you use to log in to Torch. |
If you still can’t log in or forgot your password, go to the next solution.
Reset your password
If you have an existing Help Center account but forgot or don’t know your password, follow these steps to reset it.
Access the Coach Help Center login page.
Click Forgot password?.
Enter your email, then click Send reset link.
If you have multiple email addresses for coaching and aren’t sure which one is associated with your Help Center account, click Back to login and repeat steps 2 and 3 using your other email address.
Check your email(s) for the link to reset your password. Click the Reset Password button in the email.
NOTE: If the email address you entered is not associated with an existing Help Center account, you will not receive a password reset email. Follow these steps to request access to the Help Center. |
Enter and confirm your new password, then click Reset. You’ll be automatically redirected to the public Help Center homepage.
Click Coach Help Center in the top-navigation bar.
Enter your email and newly created password, then click Login.

Request access to the Help Center
It’s possible your Help Center account hasn’t been created yet. Let’s get an account set up for you!
At the bottom of this article, click the Still need help? button, then Submit a support request.
Fill out the support request form that appears. Enter the email address you want to use for your Help Center account, then your name. For the Request Submitter Type, select I am a Torch Coach.
Under Coach Support Type, select Login and Account Management.
For Summary of issue, enter “Requesting Coach Help Center Account”. In the Description field, mention that you are unable to login to the Coach Help Center and confirm the email address you want to use for your account.
Click Submit. You’ll hear back from our Support team soon.
