Submit a Request to Torch Support

Couldn't find the answers you're looking for in the Torch Knowledge Base? Want to share platform feedback or pass along a feature request? Submit a Torch Support Request and you'll get a response within 24 hours.
Access the Torch Support Request form directly from this link.
Enter your email in the first field. If you're already logged in to the Help Center, your email will be automatically entered by default.
Next enter your company or organization name. Select your role from the first "Support Request Type" dropdown, then select the relevant category from the second dropdown.
Enter a few keywords to sum up the issue in the "Summary" textbox.
Then tell us how we can help you in the "Description" textbox. For the fastest response, be sure to include as much detail as possible. Information on the troubleshooting steps you've already taken and error messages you've received as well as links to the relevant pages in the Torch platform are all helpful.
If you have a screenshot or video that could help us, share it in the Attachment section. To do so, click Browse, then search for the file on your computer and upload it.
When you're done, click Send.
The Technical Support Engineer assigned to your request will provide instructions on how to set up, troubleshoot, or configure the feature you need help with. You'll be able to see their most recent responses directly within your email inbox.
To check the status, add a comment, or view the history of all your requests in one place, log in to the Help Center. Click Requests in the top-right, then Created by me. Click the request number or summary to open the request details.
