Schedule a Meeting

Ready to put a meeting with your coach on the books? Follow these steps to schedule a meeting from directly within the Torch platform.

From the Home dashboard, click Schedule meeting under Meetings on the right.

If you are participating in more than one Torch program, choose the program you want to schedule the meeting for from the dropdown, then click Select program.

Review and update the default meeting title if desired. Add an optional description.
Under Meeting Location, "Torch Video" will be selected by default.
NOTE: If your program manager has enabled Zoom for your organization, you'll have the option to select "Zoom Video" as the meeting location instead. |
The meeting duration will be set to 45 minutes. Additionally, your coach will be pre-populated as a meeting participant by default. If you want to assign your coach as the host, click Make host next to their name.

NOTE: Only one person can be the meeting host. If you assign your coach as the host, they will have permissions to edit or cancel the meeting. |
Select the date you want to meet on the calendar, then choose an available time slot to the right.

If you want to meet with your coach on the same day and time moving forward, check the “Make this a recurring meeting” box at the top-right of the Date and Time section.

Then use the dropdown menus to select the frequency (every week, every other week, or every 4 weeks) and duration of the recurring meeting series (ending after 2, 3, or 4 occurrences, or at the end of your program).

Once you're done, click Schedule meeting. An email invitation will be sent to all participants.
