Schedule a Meeting

Ready to put a meeting with your coach on the books? Follow these steps to schedule a meeting from directly within the Torch platform.
From the Home dashboard, click Schedule meeting under Meetings on the right.
If you are participating in more than one Torch program, choose the program you want to schedule the meeting for from the dropdown, then click Select program.
Review and update the default meeting title if desired.
Your coach will be pre-populated as a meeting participant by default. If you want to assign your coach as the host, click Make host next to their name.
NOTE: Only one person can be the meeting host. If you assign your coach as the host, they will have permissions to edit or cancel the meeting. |
The meeting duration will be set to 45 minutes by default.
Choose a date and time for the meeting by selecting an available time slot from the calendar.
NOTE: Don't see the calendar? Check with your coach to confirm their availability before selecting a date and time. |
Under Meeting Location, "Torch video conferencing" will be selected by default. Dial-in and video information will be provided upon scheduling.
NOTE: If your program manager has enabled Zoom for your organization, you'll have the option to select "Zoom Teleconferencing" as the meeting location instead. |
Add a description if desired.
Once you're done, click Send meeting invite. An email invitation will be sent to all participants.
