RSVP to a Meeting

Don't leave a meeting invitation without a response. Let the scheduler know if you're attending by following these steps to RSVP from the Torch platform or your third-party calendar provider.

Note: If you scheduled the meeting, you’re automatically marked as going and do not need to RSVP.

From the Torch platform

1 Go to the meeting details page. From the Home dashboard, select the meeting that needs an RSVP in the Meetings section on the right.




2 Submit your RSVP. At the top of the meeting details page, select your RSVP response.


Note: If you select the "No" RSVP response, the meeting will be automatically canceled for all participants. Accidentally selected the wrong response? Don't worry. There's a 5-minute grace period to change your response to "Yes" or "Maybe" before the cancellation will process.


From your third-party calendar provider

1 Access your calendar. Navigate to your third-party calendar provider.


2 Open the meeting invitation. Click into the meeting invitation in your inbox.


3 Submit your RSVP. Accept or decline the invitation using the same steps you already take for other meetings.

Note: If you decline the invitation, the meeting will be automatically canceled for all participants. Accidentally selected the wrong response? Don't worry. There's a 5-minute grace period to change your response to "Yes" or "Maybe" before the cancellation will process on the Torch platform.
