New to a Torch Coaching Program? Kickstart your growth journey by completing the items outlined below.

Accept the invite

Check your email inbox for an invitation to your organization's coaching program. From here, take action on the invite and complete your enrollment.

Complete your match profile

As you complete the match profile survey, you'll answer questions to help Torch match you with the best coaches for you based on your goals, background, and preferences.

Choose your coach

You'll receive a curated list of coaches to choose from 2-3 days after completing your match profile. Once you've reviewed their bios and considered each option, it's time to select your coach and kickoff your partnership together.

Schedule your first meeting

You can schedule your first coaching meeting as soon as you choose your coach! During the first meeting, you and your coach will get to know each other, set expectations, and start digging into what you want out of your coaching experience.

Complete your 360

Depending on your coaching program, you'll complete either 360 Feedback or the 360 Assessment. This is an opportunity for you to reflect on your strengths and growth areas, then invite your manager and colleagues to provide feedback on your leadership.
