Congratulations! You’ve officially reached the halfway point of your Torch coaching program. This is a huge accomplishment you should be especially proud of!

Now that you’ve completed multiple meetings with your coach, this is a great time to reflect and determine how you can make the most out of the remainder of your experience.

Here are a few questions to consider in your self-reflection:

  • What have you learned so far from the coaching experience?

  • What would you like to see more of from your coach? What about less? Consider sharing this with them directly - they appreciate feedback!

  • What 1-2 things will you commit to practicing going forward?

Additionally, your feedback about your experience in coaching is important in ensuring [Organization Name] and Torch are best supporting your development journey. Make sure to complete the [“Coaching Experience Survey” for 6-Month Programs or “Coaching Impact Survey” for 12-Month Programs] on the Torch platform, if you haven’t already.
