Cancel a Meeting


Article Summary

Follow these steps to cancel a meeting and remove it from your coaching engagement.

NOTE: You must cancel a meeting from within the Torch platform. The meeting will not cancel if you use your personal calendar.

Step 1

From the Home dashboard, click View all in the Meetings section on the right.

Step 2

Next to the meeting you want to cancel, click the ellipsis (...), then click Cancel meeting.

Select the ellipsis to the right of the meeting you want to cancel then select Cancel meeting

NOTE: You can only cancel a meeting if you are the meeting host and the meeting has not yet started. If you are the meeting host and don't see the ellipsis (...), click the meeting name. On the meeting details page, click the ellipsis (...) next to the meeting name, then click Cancel meeting.

Click Cancel meeting to confirm. An email notification will be automatically sent to all participants.
