Action Items help you keep your program on track by alerting you to participants who are behind on program tasks. Keep reading to learn about the different enrollment, survey, and meetings action items. Ready to review and follow up on action items within your program? Follow these instructions instead.
Enrollment action items
Invite not accepted
"Invite not accepted" action items occur when:
A participant has not accepted the invitation to the program, and
14 days have passed since the program invitation was sent, and
The participant has not been manually placed into a partnership.
Match profile not completed
"Match profile not completed" action items occur when:
A participant has not completed the match profile survey, and
7 days have passed since the program invitation was sent, and
The participant has not been manually placed into a partnership.
Survey action items
Survey not complete
"Survey not complete" action items occur when:
A participant has not completed a particular survey (the specific survey is noted in the action item), and
2 days have passed since the survey due date, and
The partnership is in active status.
Meetings action items
First meeting not scheduled
"First meeting not scheduled" action items occur when:
A participant does not have their first meeting scheduled with their coach, and
10 days have passed since their partnership began, and
The partnership is in active status.
No meetings scheduled
"No meetings scheduled" action items occur when:
A participant has previously completed at least one meeting, and
14 days have passed since the participant's last completed meeting, and
The partnership is in active status with its end date is more than 1 week away.
