Checklist:

  1. Did the client complete all of their allocated sessions?

  2. If not, there is generally a Grace Period of 30 days after the official end date in which to complete any unused sessions. The Grace Period will be noted on your Dashboard under the client's profile.

  3. The client will be removed from your Dashboard upon expiration of the Grace Period.

  4. After your final session, please send the client this Exit Survey.

  5. Note: in some engagements there may be a customized, Company-specific exit survey to send. If that's the case, the Customer Success Manager for that account will let you know.

  6. Use the final session to review progress, accomplishments, learnings, and takeaways from the coaching process. See this article for tips.
