Select your Profile button in the upper right hand corner and go to Account Settings to update:

  • Profile and contact information - This information is visible to your Coach
  • Private Demographic Information - Optional information used anonymously to help improve our coach matching process.
  • Account Info - Change your password and see the email you have registered as your login email with Torch. If your organization uses an SSO login option exclusively you will not be able to change your password with Torch. See your SSO provider to change your SSO password.
