Schedule a session from your Partnership path


Note: These steps are applicable for Mentoring programs.

  1. Select your Partnership path card.
  2. Select Schedule meeting in the left navigation.

There are two different ways to schedule a meeting: You may either 1) select/send three meeting options and the invitee will select one, or 2) schedule for a specific date and time.

  1. Select/send three meeting options.
    1. Select at least three date and time blocks on the calendar. 
    2. Select Send availability. Note: The platform will send the three options to the invitee and they will select one of the options.
  2. Schedule for a specific date and time.
    1. Select Set a time.
    2. Enter the meeting details.
      1. Enter a Title
      2. Choose a time
      3. Invite participants
      4. Select the meeting method or Add location
      5. Enter an Agenda 
      6. Add attachment
    3. Select Schedule meeting. Note: The platform will email a notification to the meeting invitee.
